Origins of our grapes 

Pinot noir 

                         Well known french grapes, Pinot                                 noir produce elegant, light-bodied red                 wines with delicate flavors of cherry and earthy undertones. Used for our Shavkapinot qvevri wine

Goruli Mtsvane

              A Georgian white grape known for its                        fresh acidity and delicate floral aromas. Used in our classic and qvevri wines 

Chinebuli

            Native to Georgia, are used to make our                  fresh, sparkling Zedavela wines with floral and fruity notes.

                         Shavkapito is a rare Georgian red                          grape known for light, fruity wines with                  subtle earthy notes. Used for our half Pinot noir half Shavkapito Wine

Merlo & Cabernet franc

                    Cabernet Franc and Merlot, both                           originally from France, are blended in our rosé        to craft a fresh and elegant wine with red berry notes and a smooth finish.
