Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

To request a return or refund:

  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number.

  • If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund within 7–10 business days.

Please note: 

We do not accept returns for change of mind or opened bottles unless the product is spoiled or defective.
