Our ShavkaPinot masterfully combines the unique characteristics of Georgia's indigenous Shavkapito grapes with the elegance of Pinot Noir. Fermented in traditional qvevri and aged in oak barrels, ShavkaPinot offers a distinctive depth and complexity.
Recently recognized with a bronze medal at the prestigious IWSC2O25 wine judging Georgia, Described a wine with pleasant oaky nose, on the palate, bright redcurrants and raspberries sing with its smooth acidity.
